Issue -- PPR terminating without selecting installments

Issue: 

PPR was terminating without selecting any installment, although installment due date, payment method was falling in PPR selection criteria. ‘Payment process request’ selection criteria & ‘payment process profile’ usage rule both were checked and there was no reason that the installments should not be picked.

Analysis: 

PPR only picks the installments as per its selection criteria and ‘payment process profile’ usage rule but the payables period under which these installments falls should be open for these invoice installments to be picked by the PPR payment processing.

Solution:

Payables period was not in “Open” status, After opening payable period for the accounting month PPR picked the installments.
